Air Admittance Valve

A lot of older style toilets have a breather pipe that goes into the wall and look unsightly. In some situations the vent pipe isn’t required depending on where the Terminal Vent for the house is. There are rules so it’s not as easy to just get rid of them. However, an air admittance valve can replace the vent making the toilet look that much neater.
