Header Tank Leak

Quite a nasty leak on the header tank outlet connection.

The brass tank connector had dezincified. This is were the zinc content of the brass corrodes and leaves it brittle. These days most brass is dezincification resistant. Unfortunately the connection had been installed with no way of removing the damaged section. After cutting out a section of pipe and remaking the connection with a swivel nut for any future problems, the tank was back in action.
