Leaking Exhaust Pipe.

Just when winter is at an end, I got called out to a leak in the customers hallway ceiling.

After accessing the loft space, I quickly found the leak tracking down the vent pipe. After getting on the roof and removing the weather flashing and insulation, I found that the pipe had split due to the frost. Fortunately most of the water went onto the roof, however, the damage done to the ceiling will require remediation.
