Not so obvious shower leak.

A few weeks ago I posted about an obvious shower leak.

This one was not so obvious, however, quite a common one. The leak was showing in the hallway behind the shower. To get to the problem area I had to remove the glass panel. After cleaning off the debris I resealed the corner of the wall channel where it meets the shower tray. I can only envisage that because this area had not been previously sealed that water was going behind the liner and tray up stand by capillary attraction. Sealant applied and glass panel replaced, looking like nothing had happened.

For any signs of a leak, give me a call. Meeting your plumbing needs.
