Leaking Toilet

Leaking toilets can be from various places.

This toilet had been leaking from the rubber pan connector and had been taped over to stop the leak. By the look of the dust it has been there some time. Not something that I would recommend doing. Other common leaks are from the flush pipe connector on the cistern. These are relatively easy to repair. But hiding the problem can turn into a bigger job, when water has penetrated the building structure.
