Leaking shower outlet.

This shower outlet has clearly been sealed when installed. Unfortunately not secured very well on the fixing in the wall lining.

Water has been going behind the liner for quite some time, causing the liner to bubble off the wall. The whole enclosure needs to be removed, the gib behind the liner will need to be replaced. As you can imagine this will turn out quite costly.
