Blocked drains.

When drains block up its generally due to excess food waste and fats.

The call out was for the two sinks that were slow draining. The customer had applied Drain O and advised me that water was leaking from under the deck when he ran water down the sink. The outside gully trap had been covered by the deck and I actually found this by what the customer had told me and the smell led me the rest of the way. Plunging this with my drain rod soon had the trap clear and flowing freely. After the sinks drained as normal as the water had somewhere to drain too.

Please remember Drain O doesn’t always clear a blockage and being acid based the plumber then has to deal with the blockage and be extra cautious not to get burnt. Meeting your plumbing needs.
