Blocked Sink Waste.

When waste pipes block up its generally due to excess food waste and fats.

After using my drain auger to pull this blockage out, the cause was quickly evident. A build up of food waste and fatty deposits had collected in the waste pipe, preventing the sink draining. Fortunately this didn’t take too long, from experience the more fatty deposits are harder to move, especially when they harden in a solid mass.

Please remember Drain O doesn’t always clear a blockage and being acid based the plumber then has to deal with the blockage and be extra cautious not to get burnt. Meeting your plumbing needs.
