Spouting Leak.

This spouting join is on my list of repairs for this week.

Not an easy fix, as you can see the lean to roof has been installed making the spouting fixings inaccessible. Part of the roof will need to be removed to get to the join. In this case the Marley spouting rubbers have perished causing the leak and will require replacement. The perspex roof is a concern as they do become brittle over time and may fracture when worked on. The end result will be a leak free spouting join and the roof back in place so that you will not know it’s been worked on.
