Mice and Plumbing.

It’s that time of year when mice move in!

The three things that mice are looking for at this time of year is, Food, Water and Warmth. They look cute, but when you consider that they constantly leak urine, they are not very hygienic to have around. I get call outs for leaking pipes in loft spaces and many a time it’s been because a mouse has chewed through a water pipe. When you use the blue poison bait it makes the mice incredibly thirsty and they go straight for the water in pipes to quench their thirst. A good tip is to put a bowl of water next to the bait, as then they have easier access to get what they want.
