Need a new toilet!

I’ve been asked to change this toilet which has cracked. As replacements go this is a challenge. At some point someone thought it was a great idea to concrete around the base of the toilet and soil pipe. Awesome until it has to come out. The vent pipe exits a concrete block wall. Fortunately the vent can be replaced but an Air Admittance Valve, which will be hidden below the new toilet seat and the hole through the wall can then be filled. The concrete around the base has to go and who knows what it will look like once removed. It’s more than likely going to need the Lino replaced. I do enjoy a challenge!
