In my van I carry the top 100 products, so that I can make effective repairs at the time. But remember it’s a van not a Tardis, every plumber gets caught short at some point.

Product recognition in today’s day and age is becoming more difficult. There are lots of products introduced into the New Zealand market all the time. Not all suppliers carry every different product, so further investigation may be required to find the correct solution. Even the tools used for differing pipes have different gauges and are not compatible with other products. In every situation a solution can be found.
