I get lots of calls with regards to taps.

This particular tap had lost pressure. This can be caused by blocked pipes, especially if they are fed by old galvanised pipe work. The mixer cartridge being blocked. The aerator being blocked. After checking the latter two, I eventually discovered the strainers on the tap tails were clogged. After a quick clean and putting the tap back in, the tap was back to normal and fully serviceable.
