Closet room renovation

WC room upgrade. The older style toilets can be problematic to upgrade whilst meeting NZ Building Codes. The waste water outlets are generally positioned further away from the wall and may require venting, to prevent the water trap being pulled and allowing sewer gases into the room. Very costly on a concrete floor such as this.

This particular install required a pan which is vented from behind the trap, with an Air Admittance Valve (AAV). The cistern is porcelain with a cover that bridges the gap between the cistern and seat, hiding the pipe work and AAV. Chrome plated copper and cistern isolation valve where used to provide a clean look on an old system. The basin was easy to install, again with chrome plated fittings to modernise the look.

The outcome was a really pleased customer, who has since recommended me to friends and family. Meeting your plumbing needs.
