Old to New Back to wall toilet installation.
This replaced an older style toilet where the toilet sat off the wall and had a cover over the pipe work connecting the seat to the cistern.
This installation I had to measure the toilet water feed so that it sat behind the pan and out of sight. I connected a flexi to the water inlet and bottom of the cistern and used a riser tube with an isolation valve to connect to the cistern float valve. Fortunately the old toilet was a P Pan where the waste went out of the wall to a vent pipe and junction to the sewer. Water feeds and waste water pipes on older style systems can be problematic to install a modern toilet, because of where they are located. Sometimes the water pipe work, may have to be relocated inside the wall lining to suit the new toilet and a pan connector with a longer reach to make it work.
In this case the stars aligned with a happy customer. If you're thinking of a toilet renovation give me a call. Meeting your plumbing needs.
